MegaPixel PTZ Webcam

Mega pixel pan tilt zoom (PTZ) webcam for Toshiba IK-WB15A (IK-WB21A?) MegaPixel network camera, and/or non-PTZ Linksys, Trendnet and old Axis IP Cameras/Servers.

Use http://user:pass@IP Addr:PORT/<blah blah>?r= for hard coded URL to image(but no PTZ or Presets).

Toshiba has IK-WB21A Demo Network Camera (similar to IK-WB15A). PLEASE be nice!

Toshiba IK-WB15A (or WB21A) works best with PTZ and presets with minimum (address, port, admin user, password, presets range from 1-64). All the PTZ and Preset functions added for Toshiba IK-WB15A network camera. Raw images greater than 640x480 (1280x960 tested) will allow you zoom by touch swipe top left to bottom right.

Needs feedback, testing and user feature input. Center screen turns on/off some debug info for bug report.
