  • A tuner for college and community radio stations. The stations are from goodradio.org so should stay reasonably up to date. Touch the sides of the screen for next and previous channel. After some testing it seems that Widgets, since they must use Flash for streaming, aren't the most reliable way to stream radio. If you like this widget you might go to gizmoware.net/chumby for a version that runs off a thumbdrive and is much more reliable.

  • Tests the speed of your internet connection. Very beta. Touch the top of the screen to increase the scale, the bottom to decrease it. Fair warning, since widgets don't give access to handy things like ping commands, this works by downloading a small image over and over again.

  • A bunch of satellite weather maps from around the intershnitzel. Some show up as little blotches on the Chumby, some as representations of lighting strikes, and between them you get some vague idea of whether you should wear a sweatshirt today.

The scoring system that sets the colors is very beta and will require repeated trips to the beach for research... Tide data and graphical sprucing up coming as soon as I get around to it.
