This is a great one! Thanks howdog. :-) A quick tip if you want to start a daily training with this widget and has little experience from training before; search on Youtube and you will find lots of video clips that show how to correctly do the exercises, e.g. search for "lunge exercise"

What I like about these workout is that they are exactly what I can do at home. Adding these other workouts would be fine but it would be best with a way to select what equipment you have available.

Oh and another improvement would be nice. How about adding some more exercises? Like a lot of people have dumbbells at home (weights) and like to do pull ups (chin-ups) or even have a punching bag around, so if you like to add these things, that would be great! Looking forward to any changes!

I was just going to say the same as Malaoshi. I used it this morning and it's nice and convenient but a sound at the end would be very useful as I often found myself going long. Also, the explanation of parallel squats are squats are the same yet they do look different. The images for squats look almost like jump squats.

Hey howdog, great widget. I agree with spunk it would be nice to change the input data to kilogramm and cm. And after trying it out today: Could you add a sound after each 15 seconds - so I know when to change. The whistle at the beginning is good but maybe after the 15 seconds something like a "honk" or something so I know when to change the position. And the numbers counting down in the background could be a little darker so one could see them from more different angels (when I do pushups I am down at the ground and when I do jumping jacks I am way up and can't read the numbers - but that could be fixed by just adding an ending sound after each 15 seconds.) Great for the morning workout. Thanks!

hello is it possible to change all the input data in Kilogramm and Meter because of international standard?
