Seems like this only displays partial messages??? Is there a size limit also a format limit - I get format errors from time to time.

Please make full email addresses possible as login names. Google Apps requires this and it should be possible to use this widget w/o any change. Zapp

I think the problem lies with gmail, i am having the same problem with all my pop and pop3 widgets and a few apps on my computer too, any ideas? ( and yes I do have pop enabled through gmail)

This seems to work for awhile, but eventually it only shows old messages that I sent?? If I go into Gmail and click the "Enable POP for email that arrives from now on" box (which never seems to remain clicked) all is well for a day or so and then its back to only showing my sent messages. Anyone else have this issue? This would be my most useful widget if I could get it to work! Thanks, Bob

i've try using this widget lots of times but it keeps on saying that there was an error opening the mailbox

ReflexNPG - This widget is not currently set up to handle Gmail-for-Domains users. You'll have to use the generic email widget: http://www.chumby.com/guide/widget/E-Mail%20Viewer with settings: mail server: pop.gmail.com port: 995

Please fix this bug: I have google mail with a domain and the login is: john@somedomain.com , but the widget doesnt accept this login name...

* FAQ - HELP * If you are only seeing old messages, log in to your Gmail account and follow these steps: 1. Go to your Settings. 2. Select the 'Forwarding and POP/IMAP' tab. 3. In the 'POP Download' section, select "Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on." 4. In the 'When messages are accessed with POP' section, select "keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox."

hey, there still trying to figure out how to get most recent emails in the inbox onto the chumby...it only shows stuff from last august...any thoughts?

Have you gotten any mail from that point forward? That's probably why it's blank. You can also try marking it for 'all mail'.

does't work....i tried to set it up so that i have the POP checked and that i only get pop email 'from now on' and it comes up blank...great idea...let me know if i am missing something or if you can fix the bugs...

this is perfect!!! the other mail client didn't work with most gmail so this one was made and it delivers perfectly
