Patrice, my name is Joel Johnstone with Sigalert.com. I just wanted to mention that the old.sigalert.com site, which you're currently using, won't be available indefinitely. We don't have a hard date for taking it down, but we will eventually, because it takes some effort to keep it going as we add functionality to the new site. Anyway, you might want to update your widget to use our new map. I’m not sure how Chumby development works, but we have many options for embedding Sigalert.com into other sites. The Portlet option might work for you. Please let us know if you have any questions. You can contact us through our support address.

Well it's official now. I was trying to use this widget this morning, which I do every morning before heading to work, and there are no more dots. This widget doesn't work anymore because sigalert just changed the Beta map to the default map. It might just be an address change. I type in www.sigalert.com and it directs me to http://www.sigalert.com/Map.asp. Or click on LA and it takes you to http://www.sigalert.com/Map.asp?region=Greater+Los+Angeles. Is it a simple change for your widget? I hope so. I like the new map anyway. Hopefully you can update your widget with it. Thanks.

I always use sigalert.com when traveling the 91 so having this as a widget is very useful. I was wondering, though, sigalert.com has a new Beta map. Will this widget be able to handle the new version of sigalert when they finally switch to the beta map?

Nice execution. I'd love it if the widget could keep whatever view I've last selected. For example, I'd like to zoom in on my commute home and have the display always default to that until I change the view.
