「Umi-Kaisei（海快晴）」では、株式会社サーフレジェンドが京都大学防災研究所と共同研究しているリアルタイム波浪予測技術による毎時波浪解析情報、気象庁の毎時大気解析情報、および天気予報などの気象情報に加えて、マリンレジャーに欠かすことのできない潮汐情報や、動画でお届けするリポートを無料で閲覧することができます。 地図画面をタッチすることで、各情報画面の上下を広げて見ることができ、また、各情報をスライドショー（自動切り替え）で表示することもできます。 表示される情報は、1時間ごとに更新されます。
