Where can I buy a chumby?
The chumby device is currently sold only through the online Chumby Store.
Does the Chumby Store accept international credit cards?
The Chumby Store only accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards with a U.S. billing address.
Is the chumby for sale outside of the U.S.?
At this time we can't ship to international addresses due to country-by-country regulatory requirements. However, as we continue to grow and solidify our business in the U.S., we will also explore international options.
Why can't I log in to the Chumby Store?
If you're trying to log in to the Chumby Store, make sure you're at store.chumby.com and not at www.chumby.com. The Chumby Store web site also uses a different username than the Chumby (non-commerce) web site.
How do I return a chumby?

How do I cancel an order?
Contact Customer Support using the Live Chat or Email links (please have your order information ready). You can cancel an order if it has not yet been processed (usually up to about an hour after placing an order, but this cannot be guaranteed). If processing has begun, we can't stop the order from being shipped; when you receive your order you will need to fill out the Return Request Form or chat with Customer Support to get an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can then ship the unopened item(s) back to us at your expense with the RMA number written on the box. When we receive the item(s) you will be credited.
