How do I find out what my username is?
If you can't remember your username, you can find it on your chumby:
- Squeeze the top of your chumby (on the dashed circle) to open the control panel.
- Tap .
- Tap and you'll see your username after "registered to".
How do I change my password?
Log in and then go to My Chumby > Account Settings and click on the "Change password" link.
How can I find out what my password is?
Click on the Log In/Create New Account button at the top of the page and then then click on "Forgot your password?" to have your password emailed to you.
How can I update my account information?
Log in and then go to My Chumby > Account Settings to change your account information.
Why didn't I get a confirmation email after creating an account?
Check if your email program filters or quarantines certain email.
