Do you ship to international addresses?

At this time we can't ship to international addresses due to country-by-country regulatory requirements. However, as we continue to grow and solidify our business in the U.S., we will also explore international options.

Do you accept international credit cards?

We can only accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards with a U.S. billing address.

Why can't I log in?

If you're trying to log into the Chumby Store, make sure you're at store.chumby.com and not at www.chumby.com.

Why won't my chumby connect to my wireless access point?

Why doesn't the touchscreen work?

• If your screen has the protective plastic covering on it, you need to remove it.

• If your screen calibration is a little off, squeeze the top center of the chumby (where the dashed circle is) to bring up the control panel. Tap Settings, and then tap Touchscreen to recalibrate your chumby. For the most accurate results, use a stylus or the tip of your fingernail (not the pad of your finger) during the calibration process.

• Sometimes the chumby may not respond to your input immediately because it's temporarily tied up on a process; give it a moment and then try again.
