night

This feature puts your chumby in Night mode (perfect for the bedside!). Touching the screen or pressing the top of the chumby brings it out of Night mode.

Night screen

In Night mode the screen is darkened and only the following is displayed:

  • Current time
  • Name of the alarm set to go off next (or Off if none is set)
  • If the music timer is enabled, the time remaining is shown
  • Tap the DARK button to make the screen totally dark. Any touch to the screen will restore it to standard Night mode.

If a music source is playing when you go to Night mode and the music (or "sleep") timer has not been set, the Music Timer screen will appear so you can set the number of minutes before the music source is turned off.

If you want to change the level of dimness for Night mode, go back to the main control panel screen and tap SETTINGS > BRIGHTNESS. Drag the Night slider left to make the Night mode screen even darker.
