Connecting to the Internet - first time

During the Getting Started process you're asked to set up your wireless connection. When you get to that point, follow the steps below to get your chumby connected to the Internet for the first time.

Step 1. Choose a wireless connection.

Highlight the name of your wireless connection and then tap OK.

Choose a Wireless Connection screen

Don't see any connections? If you don't see any connections listed, that means your chumby isn't picking up a wireless signal. If you select SKIP, you can bypass the network setup process for now and set the date and time so you can use your chumby as a clock. Visit the Wireless Connection section in the FAQs for troubleshooting tips.

Step 2. Which screen do you see?

Based on what the chumby detects about the wireless connection you selected, you'll see one of the screens below. Click on the screen that matches the one you see on your chumby and you'll continue on to the next series of set-up screens.
