Where can I buy a chumby?

chumby is available online through the chumby store.

What do I need to make the chumby work?

You need to have a broadband Internet connection, a wireless router or USB ethernet adapter, and a computer. Check out requirements for complete details.

Is the chumby for sale outside of the U.S.?

At this time the chumby store can ship to several countries — for the latest list of countries, visit international sales.

Why can't I log in to the chumby store?

If you're trying to log in to the chumby store, make sure you're at store.chumby.com and not at www.chumby.com. The chumby store web site also uses a different username than the chumby (non-commerce) web site.
Note: We have recently changed our store. If you have placed an order before 4/1/2011 and are trying to log in, please contact Customer Support.

How do I return a chumby?

How do I cancel an order?

Contact Customer Support using the Live Chat or Email links (please have your order information ready). You can cancel an order if it has not yet been processed (usually up to about an hour after placing an order, but this cannot be guaranteed). If processing has begun, we can't stop the order from being shipped; when you receive your order you will need to fill out the Return Request Form or chat with Customer Support to get an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can then ship the unopened item(s) back to us at your expense with the RMA number written on the box. When we receive the item(s) you will be credited.
