Where can I buy a chumby?
You can purchase a chumby through chumby's online store at store.chumby.com. chumby can be shipped to the US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Singapore, Portugal, and Japan (shipping to Australia is not available at this time). See international sales for details.
Why can't I log in?
If you're trying to log into the chumby store, make sure you're at store.chumby.com and not at www.chumby.com.
Note: We have recently changed our store. If you have placed an order before 4/1/2011 and cannot log in successfully, you will need to create another store.chumby.com account. Please contact customer support if you are continuing to experience any issues.
Why won't my chumby connect to my wireless access point?

Why doesn't the touchscreen work?
- If your touchscreen has the protective plastic covering on it, you'll need to remove it.
- If your screen is not registering taps and needs to be recalibrated, go to the Home screen (by tapping the home icon at the top right corner of most screens). From the Home screen, tap the Settings icon at the top right hand corner. Then tap the Touchscreen Calibration icon.
Why does a widget that I've removed from a channel keep reappearing?
You may see widgets on your chumby that you didn't put in your channel. These are added by chumby industries and content partners. Sharing these promotional widgets with you is how the chumby content stays free — no subscriptions to pay, no plans to sign up for. If you remove a promotional widget, it will be replaced. chumby industries is 100% dedicated to keeping your widget channels new, intriguing, fun and FREE.
