Used anywhere in the home or office, both chumbys are streaming internet media players that deliver users' favorite parts of the internet in a friendly, always-on, always-fresh format. Software

• Our software platform enables the distribution of existing Flash® content across multiple devices. Supported devices include the chumby classic, chumby one, Sony dash, Insignia Infocast, and soon a host of other products including televisions and tablets. One user account runs on all chumby-powered devices.
• Software can be configured for low-end products serving as internet displays, can be deployed to high-end platforms as embedded software, can be in a stand alone application like Android, or as a background service such as a screen saver.
• chumby enables connected products to do more than just present a screen of app icons. Like a TV or radio, chumby-enabled products stay on but play personalized programming choices.
• Deployment is simple, and software updates are over-the-air.

• chumby offers more than 1,500 applications and services, including music, podcasts, videos, social networking, news, and sports
• Apps are built so they can be used “passively” without interaction required.
