known issues
- If an iPod's USB cable is removed from a chumby without first pressing the Eject button, the chumby will not recognize the iPod when reattached. You will need to reboot the chumby, reattach the USB cable of the iPod to the chumby, and select iPod as a music source to start playing music again. (chumby does not currently support iPods with very large number of songs.)
- If a chumby reboots with a USB device attached, the USB device may not be recognized. You will need to unplug the USB device, reboot the chumby, and then reattach the USB device. If you are using alarm files on a USB device, when your chumby reboots you may want to test the playback of the alarm file using the music player in the control panel.
